My dream started off with a couple of friends and myself searching for a new place to rent. We had found this nice three bedroom three bath place close to downtown and to work – it was pretty much perfect for us. I received a call from a Realtor who said they had found an even better place for us a little ways down the road. I decided to check it out and was completely in love upon placing my eyes on the home.
The place was painted blue and had a bright red front door. The outside was surrounded by large shady oak trees along with dozens of bushes with these amazing red flowers. The backyard was HUUUGE and included a pool that reminded me of a hidden pond untouched by human kind. Inside was breathtaking; large kitchen with state of the art appliances, high vaulted ceilings, separate dining room and den, game room with a full wet bar, three large rooms with private bathrooms in each.
The landlord, who happened to be this guy I knew in Arizona who pretty much sucked at life – he was a giant asshole – said he would let us rent out the place for $990.00 per month since he was desperate for some cash. Of course I agreed and we moved in the next week.
Somehow I inherited $50 million dollars short after our move in and decided I wanted the house for myself so I offered our landlord $250,000.00 for the place and he accepted without a second thought. After the house was mine, I paid off all of my debt including credit cards, student loans and money owed to my parents… Then paid off all of my sisters debts. I quit my job and started going to school full time at University of Texas going after a degree in Psychology.
What made this dream really interesting is my roommate and I actually just found a new place – three bedrooms with three private bathrooms. We are hoping to be able to move around the 15th on January since we both have to take care of some money issues first. I am hoping this dream means good things are coming my way financially… I could really use a break! I am also planning on starting a Psychology program at Austin Community College coming up next year.
