Not only is it horrid that I was WORKING in my dream last night, but at the very end of it - I got FIRED. I suppose I should give you a little work history before I get into details...
I do online marketing for a living which basically means search engine optimization, search engine marketing, content building, social networking and article submission - among other things. I work for a small sign shop in North Austin in charge of a good amount of their online marketing campaigns. We do not do any kind of paid advertising.
OK, now that you are caught up, back to the dream. I do not remember much of the beginning or what exactly brought me to this point in the dream so I will just begin from what I do remember. I was sitting at my computer - which was outside for some awesome reason - working along when my supervisor walks up to me and starts going off on some weird tangent. He went on and on about nothing work related then out of the blue asked me what I was doing. I told him I was looking into PPC campaigns for our company and he freaked out. "We are finished with paid marketing, you are fired, get out!".
I remember being pretty stunned, but just got up and left - then I woke up.

I can see how this relates to my waking life. I just moved to another state and things have been messy... Although they are getting better, it is awkward that I would be dreaming about this feeling now?
