Slacking Landlord.. Seriously.

So, in the dream I had last night... I was riding around in a golf cart with my new landlord. He was telling me stories about his tenants and then realized he had forgot to pick up rent for at least half of them in the beginning of the month. At first, I figured this was a good thing, but in all reality - it really sucks for us tenants paying rent.

Pretty sure this all came about because I paid first month's rent for the new place more than a week ago and the dude still hasn't cashed the check. Now I am highly annoyed because I have all this cash in my checking account and it is getting difficult to make sure all of it will be there when he finally does decide to cash the check. I am tired of looking at all this money I cannot spend!!!!
